Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Team Lead for our Legal Process Outsourcing team. This role requires a strong background in reviewing legal contracts, managing US immigration processes, and overseeing corporate registrations for US-based clients. The Team Lead will ensure the accuracy and compliance of contract reviews, immigration documentation, and corporate registrations while managing a dedicated team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Contract Review – Oversee the review and compliance checks of client contracts
• Document Collection – Manage and organize essential legal documents
• Corporate Registrations – Guide clients through US entity formations and regulatory compliance
• US Compliance & Immigration – Ensure adherence to US legal standards and immigration requirements

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in LPO, with hands-on experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational, and time management abilities, Excellent communication skills, and attention to detail
• Experience in US-based legal documentation, with knowledge of registration requirements and Familiarity with US contract law and immigration policy
